How to make twin barreled Rubber Band Machine Gun

This model is redesigned on basis of P502 ITO-OKACY and is easy to make.
That video tutorial has been already published on my Youtube channel in 2020.

    - Materials -
  • wooden timber --- 24(H) x 12(T) x 1000(L) mm
  • round bar --- diameter 4mm x over700(L) mm
  • cotton string (ex. for cooking) --- diameter 1mm x 1200(L) mm
    • - Tools -
  • scroll saw or hand saw
  • drill press
  • scissors
  • sandpaper #240
  • wood glue
    • - Cutting -
    Wooden timber cutting
    Cut timber. (barrel x2, grip, connector)

    Muzzle notch cutting
    Make muzzle notches in front of each barrel.

    Round bar cutting
    Length 20mm x 30 pins. (holding hooks)

    Drilling
    Drill 15 holes in each barrel. (diameter 4mm, depth 10mm, pitch 10mm)

    - Assembling -
    1 Insert and glue pins as holding hooks.

    2Glue both barrel-ends together via connector. (align the bottom and rear faces of each part)

    3Glue grip on the bottom of barrels.

    4 Cut string into 120 cm, and tie it to a suitable small knob you made.
    Next the another end, make a string-ring in a bowline knot within 10 mm diameter.

    - Loading -
    1 Hang string-ring to the first holding hook, and tie the string writing a figure "8" as imaged below.

    2 Load rubber band from the first hook. (15 x 2 barrels)

    3 If you repeat step 1 and 2 above, you can load 60 rubber bands.

    60 rounds loading. (but, is hard work)




    - How to shoot -
    Hold grip and pull the string down.
