I made a semi-automatic rubber band gun named P404 MECCANI in Feb, 2022.

1st rubber band (green) is loaded at the hold hook, and 2nd band (red) is loaded on the notch of the frame panels.

Rubber band as a trigger spring behind a grip.

When the trigger is pulled, the trigger-arm pushes the hold hook down and the 1st rubber band is fired.
At the same time, the end of hold hook pushes the 2nd band up and fires it from the notch and the trigger-arm immediately stops it.
Next when the trigger is pulled, the 2nd band is fired.

This P404 MECCANI has 2 mechanical parts in spite of only 2 loading capacity.
So I thought how to save these amount.
Result of consideration.
Left: 2 mechanical parts version (trigger and hold hook)
Right: 1 mechanical part version (trigger only)
The same body can be used as it is by modularized design.

The action of 1 mechanical part version.

The slot on that is for dodging of the trigger shaft for the 2 parts version.

Dedicated grip unit is necessary for each version.

2 types of grip units.
Upper: for 2 mechanical parts version
Lower: for 1 mechanical part version

The name "MECCANI",
"MECCA"= MECHANISM and "NI" means TWO (DOUBLE) in Japanese.
