I made a rubber band gun named P602 NASBIE in 2008.
I tried to simplify the design and put the plan for free.

    - Materials -
  • MDF (4mm thick)
  • Wooden pin (3mm diameter)
    • - Tools -
  • Scroll saw
  • Drill press or pin vise
  • #240 sandpaper
  • Wood glue
  • Spray adhesive or double sided tape
    • - Assembling -

    Stick each template on MDF board with a spray adhesive (or double sided tape).
    Cut out each part with a scroll saw.
    1 Glue C and D to A

    2 Insert F into the hole of A.

    3 Set E at F.

    4 Glue B there.

    5 Attach a rubber band (must be twisted) as trigger spring.

    6 Completed!

    - Loading and shooting -
    1 Load two rubber bands to each holding place from the rear slit as shown in the picture below.

    2 After first shot, when the trigger returns the 2nd rubber band automatically will be kicked up and feeded from the rear slit to the front holding hook.
