Simplified "shark-fin-release" Rubber Band Gun

Simplified "shark-fin-release" semi-automatic Rubber Band Gun. It is equipped new concepts that "EASY-INSERT" and "SANDWICH-BY-RUBBER" as with the P223 PREZZA.


*"EASY-INSERT"----- design that needs no disassembly for the moving parts installing.
*"SANDWICH-BY-RUBBER"----anti-slip system for the releaser using rubber band tension.

    - Materials -
  • MDF --- 2.5~3(T) mm
  • Thin plate (pla. thick board) --- 1~2(T) mm
    • - Tools -
  • Scroll saw
  • Sandpaper #240
  • Wood glue
  • Removable spray adhesive or Double sided tape
    • - Assembling -

    Print out templates.
    Adhere it on MDF board with a spray adhesive (or double sided tape).
    Cut out each part with a scroll saw.
    1 Put temporarily G on A1

    2 Glue B and E on A1 while keeping G ' position

    3 Glue D on A1
    OGG CRAFT




    4 Glue C on A1
    OGG CRAFT




    5 Put temporarily F on A1
    OGG CRAFT




    6 Glue H on A1
    OGG CRAFT




    7 Remove G and F
    OGG CRAFT




    8 Glue A2
    OGG CRAFT




    9 Insert G while spreading the frame panels. And insert F from below

    10 Wrap a rubber band as the trigger spring

    - Loading -
    1 Slide the releaser forward while pushing down the trigger

    2 Load rubber band from rear hook
