
I designed a single-shot rubber band gun using mainly small wooden square sticks. It was named P210 Koka.


As shown in the images, cut out each part

(1) Glue A to B
(2) Cut a muzzle notch at the front tip of the barrel
(3) Drill a pilot hole in the underside of the barrel and insert a screw
Glue G to H, then cut out the shaded area

Glue J, K, and L together, then cut out the shaded area

(1) Glue C to I
(2) Glue the releaser to C and the trigger to I
(3) Drill a pilot hole in the underside of C and insert a screw
(4) Make sure it moves smoothly in the frame

Make a hold hook from P and Q, then cut out the shaded area
Cut out the shaded area.

(1) Glue R to S and T to U
(2) Cut out the shaded area
(3) Finally, chamfer the front and rear edges

Glue D, E, and F together
Cut out the shaded area.

Place the trigger group on the frame panel (L), then glue the barrel, N, O, and the grip base onto it

Attach the frame panel (R) to the assembly with screws

Glue both grip panels to the grip base
Glue M inside the grip
Finally, hook a rubber band onto the wood screws as a trigger spring
