I designed a sigle shot Rubber Band Gun using mainly wooden small square stick. It was named P210 Koka.
Scroll saw or coping saw
Pin vice
Wood glue
Sandpaper
Screw driver
Like images, cut out each parts.
Glue A and B.
Cut the muzzle-groove at the front-tip of the Barrel.
Drill a prepared hole to the under face of the Barrel and put a screw.
Glue G and H. Cut out the shaded area.
Glue J and K and L.
Cut out the shaded area.
Glue C and I.
Glue the Releaser to C and glue the Trigger to I.
Drill the prepared hole to under face of C and put a screw.
Also it needs to be moved smoothly in the frame.
Make a Holding-hook to P and Q.
Cut out the shaded area.
Glue R and S. And glue T and U.
Cut out the shaded area.
Lastly chamfer the front and rear edge.
Glue D and E and F.
Cut out the shaded area.
Put the Trigger-group on the Frame-panel (L) and Glue the Barrel, N, O, and the Grip-base on there.
Screw the Frame-panel (R) to the work.
Glue both Grips to the Grip-base.
Glue M into Grip.
Lastly hang a rubber band to wood screws as Trigger-spring.
